Show seeds of universal love, equality and indulgence in our poeple and the neighbouring countries poeple's heart. ... Hope that through literature, culture( Cambodian, Japanese, Russian, French, or Thai or Vietnamese or Lao or Burmese or Indonesian etc...) people is aware of Buddhi and we can set up a true tenderness and love in Asian area and all Asian countries will become brothers we won't abuse each others, we respect each others and we will find a real peace and prosperity in our area and throughout the whole world. Advisory Board Members: Dr. Yim Guechse - Senior Advisor (Berlin, Germany) La mort du poète Professeur Nuon Kan en 2002 et sa personnalité nous (Penn Setharin, Perom Uch, Ty Tim et moi) ont donné l'idée de création d'un centre qui a fini par être "Buddhi Khmer Center, BKC". Le Cambodge, en raison de sa situation politique et sociale depuis 1970, a dépaysé une grande partie de ses intellectuels à l'étranger. La diaspora khmère est solidaire avec la cause culturelle nationale, et d'ailleurs elle est consciente de sa dette intellectuelle envers le pays. Aussi la participation à un certain "BKC" est-elle une expression patriotique et raisonnable des intellectuels khmers pour rendre à la patrie ce que leur est octroyé auparavant par cette dernière. J'ai travaillé pendant plusieurs années avec le Centre de documentation et de recherche sur la civilisation khmère (CEDORECK) avec Nouth Narang depuis le début jusqu'en 1985. Puis j'ai créé avec des amis français et cambodgiens une autre association culturelle, "Cercle pour la connaissance du Cambodge" (CCC). Comme votre Buddhi Khmer Center a un object principal dans la recherche, la culture et la diffusion des connaissances sur le Cambodge. C'est pour cette raison je viens vous rejoindre comme conseiller afin de pouvoir vous aider selon la possibilité de mon savoir. Mr. Ty Tim - Senior Advisor (Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A.)
